The St. Marys Welcome Center is the offical source for travel information in the St. Marys, Georgia area and for Cumberland Island.  Located in the St. Marys Historic District, we provide brochures and information on charming lodging, local dining, unique shops, museums and adventure. We have a 15-minute St. Marys video available for viewing anytime and have meeting space available with advance reservations. You can find a self-guided tour brochure or sign up for a one hour golf-cart tram tour of the historic district.  Visit our War of 1812 Banner Display, our Georgia Coast Naturescape, and the Georgia Radio Museum and Hall of Fame, all located inside the center.  You'll find that many of our hotels are just minutes from the Cumberland Island ferry and are perfect headquarters for wedding guests or girlfriend get-aways.
