The Misty Mountain Inn has 5 spacious Suites set in the Trackrock area just 5 miles from Blairsville Georgia, Vogel State Park and the AT. We are a family-owned and operated lodging icon. In addition to the 5 room Bed & Breakfast, we have six beautifully decorated cottage-style cabins with furnished kitchens. There is complimentary coffee, teas, and cocoa in the Inn common area. Campfire area. We sadly have a no-pet policy, as many Guests have allergies & the Inn rooms are carpeted. Misty Mountain cannot accommodate children under the age of thirteen. We are located between Nottely Lake and Chatuge Lake, which offers some incredible fun-filled activities. Our property has seasonal mountain & forest views that are sure to calm, restore, and inspire you. - Appalachian Trail Room (AT) - The AT room is on the 1st floor with a private entrance. A private bathroom with shower; towels & basic toiletries are provided as are linens & quilts. There is wifi & Dish TV. There is complimentary coffee, teas, and cocoa in the Inn common area. Campfire area. 1st floor with easy access, Private entrance with porch, Queen bed - Sleeps 2, Private bathroom, Dish TV/ Wifi, Fireplace (Available October 1st thru April 1st), Mini-split AC/Heat & Ceiling fan.
- Patriot Suite - Dive into American pride! This spacious 1 bedroom suite is tastefully decorated to honor all the men and women who served and continue to serve our great nation. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the lawn and babbling brook. The Patriot hosts a sitting area with a smart TV, private bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The room comfortably sleeps 2 in a queen bed. 2nd floor, Queen size bed, Sleeps 2, Private bathroom, Smart TV, Balcony, Mini-split AC/Heat, Ceiling fan.
- Inn-keeper Suite (seasonally available) - This suite offers living at its best with 850+ square feet of living space; including a queen sized bed and pullout couch, a Smart TV; a private bathroom with a shower and bath. This room has two main areas; the master suite is a large room, with a gas log fireplace, separate entrance, and covered parking. The adjacent bunkroom is great for extra guest or extended family or it can be used for extra space to stretch out. 1st floor with easy access, Sleeps 6, Master suite - Queen size bed, Lower suite - 3 Twin beds, Porch with rocking chairs, Smart TV w/dish, Mini-split AC/Heat, Ceiling fan.
- Seafarer Suite - The Seafarer suite pays homage to those who sail the Seven Seas, both past and present. This large 400 sqft & spacious open floor plan is on the 2nd floor and the East side of the room is adorned with beautiful stained glass windows to view the morning sun. A private bathroom with shower; towels & basic toiletries are provided as are linens & quilts. There is wifi/ Dish TV and a firepit outdoors. There is complimentary coffee, teas, and cocoa available in the Inn common area. A cozy sofa is perfect for an evening snack or a game of cards! We sadly have a no-pet policy, as many Guests have allergies & the Inn rooms are carpeted. - Garden Suite - This 400+ sq ft open and spacious room is a special treat in all seasons, but especially in springtime, when the flowers that surround this beautiful property are in full blossom and the sun shines through the ornate stained glass windows. You may even be lucky enough to hear a chorus of frogs during an early summer evening. This room has a private bath ensuite and balcony with patio furniture.
