Opening Reception: The Extraordinary Life of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama: An Illuminated Journey by Rima Fujita

Join OUMA to usher in their newest meditative exhibition!

This exhibition presents a series of 14 jewel-like paintings by artist Rima Fujita illustrating the remarkable life and journey of the 14th Dalai Lama. They were created by Ms. Fujita to illustrate a book with narration by H. H. the Dalai Lama. We exhibit them now on the occasion of the 90th birthday of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and in memory of OUMA’s founder Mr. Lloyd Nick.

This year is the 30th anniversary of a landmark exhibition by OUMA founding director Mr. Lloyd Nick, which featured sacred objects of H. H. the Dalai Lama who graced our campus with his presence. Find out more about the 1996/1998 exhibition.
