Kids Blowgun Program

Sunday, Mar 8, 2026 2 PM to 3 PM - Etowah Indian Mounds Historic Site - Cartersville, GA - Learn about one of the most simple and effective historic tools used taking down small game: The blowgun! Blowguns were often the first weapon given children to teach basic hunting skills! From 2 PM-3 PM, visitors can spend time with a ranger and learn how to make simple blow darts from every day materials and test them out on 3D animal targets.

Pre-registration is required. Please call the Historic Site to register. Limit 10 children per session.
