Etowah's Junior Ranger Days will offer fun crafts and activities based around nature and historic skills. Each day of camp will focus on a different theme! See additional info below. Registration is required!
This is a 9 AM to 12 PM program that Junior Rangers can register for. Registration at this time is limited to a class of 20 Junior Rangers ages 9-12. Payment is due at registration. Call or stop by the park to register. Participants have the option to pay per day, or pay for the full week. Parent or guardian participation is encouraged. Daily Themes: Monday- Fashion Day (design your own t-shirt, The Animal Adaptation Fashion Show) Tuesday- Pottery Day (a day to learn coil pottery, build a coil pot) Wednesday- River Day (a day to learn about historic fishing, trade routes, or river ecology.) Thursday- Be the Sparrow Day (learning about our park through the eyes of a sparrow, Grasshopper catching competition) Friday- Projectile Day (archery, blowguns, atl-atl throwing)
