Brooklet

Home to the annual Brooklet Peanut Festival, held each September, Brooklet is nestled in Bulloch County just off of Interstate 16. The festival includes a 5K Peanut Run, parade, tractor races, live music, food and arts-and-crafts vendors. It celebrates the peanut, of course, which is a major agricultural crop in this region.

Brooklet is also the home of the Hunter Cattle Company, which raises sustainable, grass-feed beef, free-range chicken and pasture-raised pork. At Hunter's MooMa Farm Store, pick up all-natural artisan tallow soaps.
