Slither into an exciting morning of wildlife discovery at Wetland Wonders! Join naturalist, Linda May and herpatologist, Daniel Sollenberger from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (GA DNR) for a fun, hands-on program exploring the amazing reptiles that call Georgia's wetlands home.

Children and families will learn fascinating facts about turtles, snakes and other native reptiles, discover why these often-misunderstood animals are so important to healthy ecosystems and meet several live reptile ambassadors up close in a safe, educational setting. This interactive program is perfect for curious young nature lovers and anyone interested in learning more about the incredible wildlife living right here in Georgia.

Registration is required as space may be limited.

Please note:

-Meet at the Outdoor Classroom. Park in the gravel lot, then walk down the short hill at the far right corner to reach the classroom area.

-Parents must accompany kids under 12 years old.

-Comfortable hiking shoes are recommended.

**In the event of inclement weather, the scheduled program will not occur, and all registered attendees will be notified.
