Georgia's Walk of Heroes Veterans Day Ceremony

Join us for our Annual Veterans Day Ceremony on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at the Walk of Heroes Veterans War Memorial. The ceremony will begin at the main stage at 11:00 a.m.

Join us for our annual Veterans Day program. Our Keynote Speaker will be Brigadier General Tommy B. Britt, Director, Joint Staff, Georgia Joint Force Headquarters at the Georgia National Guard.

This year is also our 25th Anniversary, so come celebrate with us! We will begin the program promptly at 11 a.m. at the main stage. We will be running golf carts from the parking area to the main stage continuously until the program begins and once it ends to assist in transporting people during our event. Everyone is invited to this free, public event. Please note, the park is located inside Black Shoals Park and is closed on the Memorial & Veterans Day holidays. We have arranged to open the park specifically for our ceremony.

IN CASE OF RAIN, we have arranged for an alternate location at Bethel Christian Church, 1930 Bethel Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012.

We look forward to seeing you on Veterans Day as we honor and recognize all who have selflessly sacrificed their lives in service to our country. All are invited. The event is free to the public.
