THE SPACE
Enjoy the mountain view sitting in a chair on the front porch overlooking the Toccoa River, or warming yourself by the Solo Stove Grill in the yard next to the Toccoa River.
The 1st floor of this smoke-free cabin contains a dedicated workspace with wi-fi; spacious kitchen with Keurig coffee maker; dining area; living area with ceiling fan; a king bed and ceiling fan in the master bedroom; and walk in shower with handheld shower head in full bathroom.
Enjoy watching entertainment using your Amazon Prime Video or Netflix account on the 50" smart TV above the fireplace.
The Toccoa River may be accessed via the stairs at the bottom of the hill.
There is a small branch of the Toccoa River on the side of the cabin. It's about a minute walk.
Dog beds, bowls, and toys are provided for your best friend.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Keurig cups, sugar, honey, and tea is provided. If you need more supplies, there is a grocery store in Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Ellijay, and Dahlonega.
HVAC
Please note there is no central HVAC. Ceiling fans and windows that open up or down cool our cabin in the summer. An electric heater is available to warm our cabin in October, November, December, January, and February.
NO SMOKING / VAPING
Our cabin is adjacent to the Chattahoochee National Forest. As such, there is no smoking ? or vaping allowed anywhere on the premises.
