Paulding County Historical Society and Museum

The Paulding County Historical Society Museum is near downtown Dallas, Georgia and the Herschel Jones Middle School. It contains artifacts, memorabilia, a research library, and books for sale.

The historical buildings there are the "Little Red Schoolhouse Museum" built in the 1860s and the Historic Old Jailhouse built with hand hewn logs. The Museum and Research Library is located at 295 North Johnston Street, Dallas, Georgia; regular hours are 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. the 2nd Saturday of every month.
