Breaking Their Bread

Saturday, Nov 1, 2025 10 AM to 2 PM - Fort King George Historic Site - Darien, GA - Throughout history, bread has been the most important food source for everyone. The baker will be rolling dough and baking fresh loaves of bread out at the Bake & Brew kitchen. Stop by to see what 18th century baking was like! Samples available throughout the day.

Standard admission rates apply: Adult - $8.25 Senior (62+) - $6.25 Youth (6-17) - $4.75 Ages 5 and younger are free entry.
