This romantic evening showcases an elevated culinary journey beginning with a sparkling wine welcome and a rich lobster bisque followed by a vibrant beet salad layered with figs, brûléed berries, and espresso goat cheese. Guests will savor beautifully composed entrées including Alaskan halibut with blackberry gastrique, tender lamb shank over northern white bean ragu, indulgent Australian A6 wagyu with wild mushrooms, and a delicate gnocchi dish with sour cherries, honeynut squash, and sage brown butter.
