All items are prepared on site. The menu changes weekly and menu items are seasonally influenced and created using fresh ingredients from local suppliers. Lunch patrons will enjoy a tasting menu that reflects the culinary skills and cusine type the students are learning that week, freshly baked bread and indulge in a complementary petite-dessert all for one inclusive price.The Bistro at The Oaksis a part of the Hall County's Lanier Charter Career Academy (LCCA), a new state of the art Teaching, Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Conference facility. Students receive real-life experience and insight into opportunities available to them in the food service and hospitality industry. The bistro is staffed by the culinary and hospitality students of LCCA under the management of Instructor/Chef Chris Mitas.
