The highly anticipated return of the Longtable kicks off Spring, 2025 with an unforgettable dining experience featuring Chef Matt Weinstein of Oak Steakhouse at The Skyline Lodge in Highlands, NC. Known for his expertise in refined yet approachable cuisine, Matt will craft a thoughtfully curated menu that showcases his signature style and passion for seasonal ingredients.

Before leading the kitchen at Oak, Chef Matt honed his skills in some of Atlanta’s top restaurants and trained under acclaimed Chef Bryan Voltaggio, bringing a depth of culinary experience to this one-of-a-kind event. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of The Towerhouse, this Longtable dinner promises an evening of exceptional food, community, and storytelling around the table. To retain the intimacy of the evening, seating for this event is limited to a 30 guest seating.
