Stately Oaks Historic Site

Stately Oaks Historic Site is a Greek Revival antebellum home in the land of "Gone With the Wind." An 1839 planter's home, the site has been preserved as a historic house available for both interior and grounds tours. The grounds include the main house, Juddy's Country Store, a one-room schoolhouse, a cookhouse, and much more. Authentically costumed guides and living history demonstrators, dancers, and storytellers are available to bring you back to the days of Rhett and Scarlett.

We are open to the public on Fridays from 12 pm-4 pm and by appointment for group tours and events. Please call for more information.
