Welcome to Red Hare – The Still on the Square! Our distillery creates an array of house-made spirits, featuring Award-Winning Barrel Aged rums, Gin, and Vodka for all tastes. The Still enhances our Caribbean roots by providing delectable authentic Cuban food full of family and friends’ recipes. The fusion of our distillery and restaurant has created an escape from the normal dining experience with a beautiful patio to enjoy delicious authentic Cuban cuisine, live music, & the best mojitos you can find!

The Still on the Square features a private event space located in the basement of our distillery. This space features a private bar, seats up to 25 guests, & can accommodate a group of up to 40 guests.
