Girl Scouts Love State Parks: Gorgone Checkerspot Butterfly Lifecycle

Roosevelt State Park - Pine Mountain, GA - Join us for a nature craft while we learn about the Gorgone Checkerspot Butterfly and its hostplants and how we can take part in protecting this species. We will learn about the life cycle of the butterfly and wet-felt a Checkerspot cocoon (chrysalis) out of wool.
