Join a ranger for a short nature hike where we’ll slow down, explore the forest floor, and discover the tiny details that often go unnoticed like mosses, fungi, insects, and more. .

Using your smartphone camera, you’ll learn simple tips for capturing close-up photos of these small wonders while we discuss how the forest floor plays a big role in ecosystem health, from recycling nutrients to sheltering wildlife. This program is a perfect mix of photography, science, and discovery. No fancy gear required, just curiosity and a phone camera!
