Moss Stories: A Micro World in Focus

Saturday, Jan 31, 2026 1:30 PM to 3 PM - F.D. Roosevelt State Park - Pine Mountain, GA - Explore the intriguing world of moss with an Interpretive Ranger. Participants will examine these ancient plants using magnifying lenses and learn about their role in the forest ecosystem. Afterward, they’ll create nature journals with moss rubbings and sketches, combining science, art, and imagination in a fun, hands-on activity.
