Sunday, Nov 2, 2025 12 PM to 1 PM - Hard Labor Creek State Park - Rutledge, GA - As part of an initiative to expand our STEM programming, HLC has acquired two new InvenTables. These tables are kid-safe engineering tables approved for ages 3+. Participants will be given templates for a craft and will use the InvenTables to complete projects and practice great STEM skills. Most materials used are recycled and repurposed. Ages 6+.
Pre-registration required, please call the park office. This program is free. Only 6 spaces available per 1-hour time slot.

Because the InvenTable is approved for children ages 3+, we see this program as a great opportunity to teach participants the importance of workshop safety in a child-safe environment. Participants will be required to pull back any long hair, roll up long sleeves, and closed toed shoes are preferred. Safety glasses and ear protection, though not necessary, will be provided (and sanitized between uses) for educational purposes.
