Hammock Camping 101

Sunday, Nov 9, 2025 12 PM to 1 PM - Hard Labor Creek State Park - Rutledge, GA - Ever wanted to hammock camp, but aren't quite sure what to do? Or maybe you have hammock camped before and just want a refresher. Join a ranger to learn the basics of camping, what to look for in a campsite, and most importantly, how to set up your hammock safely. Ages 10+.

Equipment provided. Please bring water and sunscreen. Call the park office to pre-register.
