ST. MARYS FOOD TRUCK INVASION AT THE WATERFRONT PARK
Food trucks, Live Music, Fun & Games on a Saturday Night in St. Marys, Georgia
ST. MARYS, Ga., (June 19, 2017) – The St. Marys Convention & Visitors Bureau is excited to announce the St. Marys Food Truck Invasion, which will be held on June 24th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the St. Marys Waterfront Park. Your night will be filled with food, fun, live music, games, and prizes.
Food trucks scheduled to be on-site are the Best Burgers Jax, All Fired Up Pizza, Manny’s Cuban – A Touch of Havana!, Mr. Potato Spread, the Twisted Okie BBQ Food Truck and Stewarts All America Hotdogs. Stewart’s will be at the park all day attending the St. Marys Earthkeeper’s Cumberland Rally, as well. We’ll have a favorite local food booth, Chunky’s Homemade Pies, to take care of your sweet tooth during the event.
Families will enjoy an animal encounter with a ranger from Crooked River State Park, who will teach about animals that can be found in the park and their importance to our ecosystem.
The fun continues with free face painting, corn-hole and ring toss games, and a “St. Marys Rocks” rock painting booth with all supplies provided, plus additional exhibitor booths all provided by local businesses and agencies.
There will also be drawings and prizes during the event, One Blood will be taking blood donations, and Al Chapman and the St. Marys Antique Mall have sponsored musical entertainment by Janet Thompson, inspiration singer, from 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and DJ Jimmy “Happy Feet” Lucree from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
