Christ Church Frederica Annual Tour of Homes

Each spring, the Christ Church Tour of Homes returns as one of the Golden Isles’ most cherished annual traditions. Now in its 73rd year, this highly anticipated event invites both residents and visitors to explore a curated selection of special Sea Island homes and their beautifully maintained grounds, many of which are not open to the public.

What to Expect

Exclusive Home Tours: Enjoy guided or self-paced visits through remarkable Sea Island residences, showcasing distinctive architecture, interior design, gardens, and coastal lifestyles.

Historic Christ Church Experiences: Christ Church Frederica, a historic Episcopal parish with roots dating back to the 18th century, hosts informative historical narratives around the church grounds, cemetery, and new labyrinth.

Refreshments & Activities: Tour guests can relax with refreshments in the Parish Hall or VIP ticket holders can take a pause in their tour with exclusive champagne, wine and hors d'oeuvres reception in a Lodge-area private home not otherwise included on the tour.

‍Parking: Parking and transportation for the annual Tour of Homes will again be based at Christ Church or VIP ticket holders will be able to skip the bus from Christ Church and park their personal vehicle on the historic Avenue of Oaks approaching the Lodge.
