About Pastry Chef Edouard Fenouil
Chef Edouard Fenouil brings an artist’s precision and a European sensibility to the pastry program at MAD Hospitality. Born and classically trained in the Chamonix region of France, he combines French technique with imaginative Southern expression to craft breads, pastries, and desserts rooted in creativity. He has refined his skills in prestigious kitchens across Paris, London, and the United States.

At MAD Hospitality, Chef Fenouil oversees the pastry and bread programs across the group’s concepts and is the creative force behind The Patisserie on Main, Madison’s charming French-inspired bakery.
