Animal Fitness Hike

Thursday, Jan 22, 2026 2 PM to 3:30 PM - Mistletoe State Park - Appling, GA - Join us in a guided "Fitness Animal Hike". Students will learn about various animals that live at Mistletoe State Park. They will mimic animals movements building strength, coordination, and balance. We are turning a nature hike into a fun engaging physical activity using animal movements to develop gross motor skills and keep children active.
