Waverly is an unincorporated community located between Brunswick and Woodbine, west of I-95, on historic U.S. Highway 17. Nearby (off Horsestamp Church Road) is The Golf Club at Sanctuary Cove, a Love Golf Design/Fred Couples Signature Course. The complex is a Certified Cooperative Sanctuary by Audubon International.
