One of the more notable attractions in Forsyth, this museum is dedicated to depicting the history of Monroe County through displays and special exhibits. Its collections include a print stand once used by the writer of the Uncle Remus stories, Joel Chandler Harris, and a cotton gin quite similar to that of Eli Whitney.
