Water Wars: Staff vs Campers

Saturday, Jul 4, 2026 3 PM to 4 PM - Don Carter State Park - Gainesville, GA - Camping with us on July 4th? Don't miss this fun cool down! Staff will be riding through the campground on a trailer loaded with water and water squirters. Campers- stand at the end of your campsite to let us know you are joining and be armed and ready for action! Staff will make 2 loops around the campground, and one loop at the cottages.

Cottage guests, stand outside your cottage and be ready! Please help us keep our park clean by not using water balloons! All other types of defense are welcomed.
