Yellowfin

Yellow Fin is a unique new dining experience located on the square in Historic Downtown Gainesville, GA. Like its namesake, a restaurant formally located in Historic Roswell, Yellow Fin offers the best in fresh seafood and delicious land fare.

Located on Bradford Street next door to its sister restaurant, Re-cess Southern Gastro Pub, in the century old building that most Gainesville natives remember as Purdue’s News Stand. Both Yellow Fin and Re-cess are the creations of owner Christopher Richardson, and each offers a distinct dining experience.

Yellow Fin’s kitchen is led by Head Chef Robert McCue. Our menu offers a variety of seafood options, including different fresh catch options every week, raw oysters on the half shell, fresh salmon, and of course fresh tuna. Yellow Fin also offers great choices in land fare, from the New Zealand Rack of Lamb to filet and ribeye, always cut in house.

Yellow Fin offers a full bar with a wide variety of classic cocktails, new creations, and old favorites with a twist. We also feature a full wine menu, as well as a great selection of Draft Beer.
