Our special Granite Jubilee pop-up shop will be open Friday through Sunday from 10am to 2pm, featuring duplicate items rarely made available to the public. It’s a must-see for Gone With the Wind enthusiasts, especially as we celebrate 90 years of the story born right here in Jonesboro, the novel’s original literary setting.
Join us on Sunday for a FREE and exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Road To Tara Museum, offered only during the Granite Jubilee. Go deeper than ever before as you uncover never-heard-before stories, surprising secrets, and the hidden history behind some of the museum’s most iconic and unusual artifacts.
John Wiley, renowned author and GWTW expert, will be onsite for book signings, adding even more insider insight to the day. The museum is also opening its archives and hosting a special pop-up shop featuring duplicate items rarely made available to the public, a true collector’s dream.
Meet Herb Bridges’ children, Joe Bridges, Anne Clayton, and Bill Bridges as they share personal stories and intimate memories of their father’s legendary collection.
