Creek Crawl for Chubs

Friday, Jun 12, 2026 1 PM to 2 PM - Chattahoochee Bend State Park - Newnan, GA - Join us for an exciting adventure at Wild Turkey Creek, where we find and learn about the fascinating creek chub, a small but important freshwater fish native to many North American streams. This is a unique opportunity to connect with nature while gaining insight into the lifecycle and habitat of this resilient species.

Please wear water shoes, bring a towel, and extra set of clothes as we will be wading through the creek.
