Locally-owned shop and bakery making gourmet gingersnaps that come in fabulous flavors such as original, cocoa, citrus, pnutty, and aloha. One bite into the delightfully delicious gingersnaps and it’s love at first bite. 

Susansnaps are a labor of love that were developed after my mom watched my Dad and me, Susan (named for my Aunt Susan who died from cancer at 28) undergo chemo within the same year. Ginger is a natural stomach soother and cookies always have a way to bring smiles, so through my mom’s small baking company, she created the ultimate gingersnap recipe.
