Celebrate America’s 250th birthday in maritime fashion at Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum during the Stars & Stripes Celebration on July 3 from 12–6 PM. Enjoy a festive summer afternoon featuring live music from DJ Jimmy Butcher and the Savannah Local All Stars, Maritime Mini Golf, lawn games, selfie stations, food vendors, and family-friendly activities throughout the museum grounds.
Admission is $22 and includes access to the museum, gardens, and all event activities. Guests can also explore *Drawn to the Sea: Maritime Stories from Savannah*, a special exhibition featuring original comic and sequential artwork inspired by Savannah’s maritime history.
The museum will be open from 10 AM–6 PM, and event admission is valid all day, allowing guests to come and go throughout operating hours. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase from Naked Dog Hot Dogs, Leopold’s Ice Cream, and King of Pops.
