The Carpentry is a new $2.4 million 31-room boutique hotel to open in downtown Dalton late 2019, the first of its kind in downtown Dalton since the Dalton Hotel closed in 1973.  The trendy hotel design gains its inspiration properties like the Hotel Indigo in Atlanta, The Ellis Hotel in Atlanta and The Press Hotel in Portland, Maine.  The owner seeks to make this the nicest hotel in all of North Georgia.
