Our Brewhouse occupies 16,000+ square feet. We brew in 30 barrel batches, and ferment in 60 barrel fermenters.
Our configuration of eight fermenters delivers 450 barrels of simultaneous fermenting capacity in a single cycle, which equals 14,000 gallons or nearly 150,000 cans of beer per cycle, or approximately 1.8 million cans annually.
