Sunrise Grocery

Sunrise Grocery is the oldest business in Union County still using its original location. It has been serving these hills since 1920. Sunrise has been in the Clemmons family since 1983. We focus on representing what our area offers by carrying a variety of local goods. We carry local pottery, jams and jellies, honey, sorghum syrup, handmade soaps, candies, produce grown by local farmers, and a few other goodies. Sunrise's claim to fame is the World Famous Boiled P-nuts, which were featured in Southern Living Magazine! We try our best to keep the old-time feel of the mountains in our store.
