LITTLE BEAR LOOKOUT is a 2/2 cozy cabin with an impressive mountain view that will allow you to feel pampered and connected with nature and your loved ones! The large back porch features the very best North Georgia Mountain Views with Hot Tub, Gas Grill, Chiminea, Outdoor Dining Table with large Umbrella, and plenty of space for your family dog to play. The covered porch area has rolling blinds for those windy afternoons or as an extra layer of sun protection while you rock your cares away in the rocking chairs!

A Queen bedroom and full combo bathroom is on the main floor. Master King Suite with combo full bathroom on the 2nd floor with an additional private deck to sip your early morning coffee from. There is plenty of room for cooking in the kitchen with an open floor plan for family conversations and the sharing of stories in the comfy Living Area featuring a Gas Fireplace as a focal point.

Hiking is very convenient from this cabin, as there is a community trail that can be taken by going up the mountain that will take you back down to the base of the community. Plus, you’re only a short drive from the famous Appalachian Trail, Helton Waterfalls and Vogel State Park Lake. There’s also Tubing and Fishing with a short trip to Helen and Lake Chatuge.

LITTLE BEAR LOOKOUT is close to town and all the things you might want to enjoy while visiting, like shopping and restaurants right in Blairsville, or if you prefer, at Blue Ridge, Ellijay, and in Murphy, NC. This home is only about 15 miles from the largest Golf Course in the area and a few miles from Ocoee Whitewater Rafting.

Getting away to do a little work or research?... LITTLE BEAR LOOKOUT has reliable Wi-Fi and a cozy working nook with a Standing Desk in the Master King Suite bedroom. Bring your family members, because they will enjoy the ability to soak up the sunshine and mountain views from the porch or curl up next to you by the gas fireplace or enjoy a nap in one of the outdoor sitting areas. Imagine rocking away peacefully in the outdoor swing or rocking chairs while listening to the “hush” of the forest, what could be more relaxing?
