Lee & Gordon's Mills is one of the oldest gristmills in the state and is on the National Register of Historical places. Located 1 mile from the Chickamauga Chattanooga National Military Park in Historical Chickamauga, It was used by both the Union and Confederate armies as a place to cross the Chickamauga River during the great Battle of Chickamauga. In 2015, we opened the handcrafted doors of Lee & Gordon's Mills for the purpose to create a unique rustic backdrop for weddings and events. You and your guest will enjoy the tranquil setting and sounds of the creek that flows around the property. We are able to offer the freedom to choose your ceremony & reception spot on the property and the ability to bring in outside vendors. The Mill also has the Veterans of All Wars Museum, which contains information, artifacts and articles from all wars. It is usually open Tuesday - Friday 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., Saturdays 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. and Sundays 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. Donations are encouraged.
