Adel

The town of Adel, Georgia, is located about 30 miles north of Valdosta in south Georgia on Interstate 75. 

Home of the South Georgia Motorsports Park, feel the rush of the cars as they race by on the circle track or 1/4-mile drag strip. Pro racing events take place year round, and fans can bring their own rides to test their mettle on Test-n-Tune nights.

At Reed Bingham State Park boaters, waterskiers and anglers have excellent luck. There's a beach for swimming and soaking up the sun, hiking and mountain-biking trails, mini-golf, kayak rentals and plenty of places for a scenic picnic.
