Clint McNeal

A Cherokee County native turned Athens local, Clint is a private lands conservationist, sportsman, explorer and freelance writer. A former wildlife biologist and land conservation specialist with the Georgia Conservancy, Clint now owns his own land conservation consulting firm, Southern Conservation Strategies LLC, through which he assists landowners through the conservation easement process. When not working to protect land, Clint can be found exploring the state from the mountains to the coast - usually with a fly rod, bow-and-arrow, or gun in his hand.
