Le Vigne At Montaluce Winery

As a Georgia native, our Executive Chef, Sean Fritchle, brings us an influence of Southern cooking styles by marrying modern cooking techniques to the natural diversity and rich ingredients that are sourced locally.

Executive Chef Sean Fritchle is a born and raised traditional Southern gentleman with a passion for cooking at a young age. Sean was born in Savannah, GA, but he grew up in Dahlonega. It was here that he found his love of cooking. Upon graduation of Lumpkin County High School, Sean took his education to higher learning at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta, Georgia. Sean excelled in his schooling, graduating as part of the honors society in 2009.

Montaluce Winery, now in our 9th year, produces truly interesting artisan wines. The wines that are produced are primarily from European varietals. Our red wines are aged on average for 22 months in oak and are truly unforgettable. Perched on top of the winery is our restaurant, Le Vigne, which is open for lunch Tuesday through Sunday and dinner Wednesday through Sunday.  The southern hospitality, locally sourced menu options and signature wines meld together to create a perfect meal and exceptional get-away. 

Montaluce Winery offers a variety of settings for events. Our elegant wine country surroundings are perfect for dinner parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, retirement galas, holiday parties, corporate team building and meetings.

The estate also offers an array of events including deluxe wine tastings and tours, nature hikes, brunches, wine dinners, live music, holiday festivities and more.
