Hillcrest Dairy Farm

Are you curious about how a dairy farm works or maybe you’d just like to take the kids to see some cows but don’t know where to go? Here’s your chance! Georgia's first robotic dairy is right here in McDuffie County in Dearing, Georgia. 

Every farm tour is a bit different, but expect to learn all about milk production and how raw milk goes from the cows to the bottle. Hillcrest is a working farm, so be sure to dress appropriately for a farm tour and the weather.

It’s not just about the cows. In addition to learning about the milking process on the dairy farm tour, guests see the entire farm and learn about sustainable farming practices, nutritional waste management, cow comfort, and local sourcing of additional nutrition for the herd.
