In 1867, The R.M. Rose Company was established and began setting the standard for American whiskey as we know it today. Dr. R.M. Rose was the first to age corn whiskey unique to the region in charred oak barrels. We are proud to be afforded the opportunity to revive the name of what was, in a more simple time, one of the biggest names in the whiskey business. Our distillery produces fine whiskeys, including primitive corn whiskey, R. M. Rose bourbon whiskey, Fire on the Mountain cinnamon, and peach lemon. We give free tours/tastings, and we are open seven days a week.
