For a modern spin on Southern cuisine, visit Company Supply where farm-to-table combines with open flame for a fresh take on traditional favorites. Located in downtown Dublin, owners Richard and Colby Mascaro renovated a 100-year-old dry goods store, installed a spit rotisserie, and fired up their imaginations to modernize the flavors of the Old South. Dishes like Catfish Perdu, Chipotle Pimento Cheese, and Crawfish Boudin await!

Inspired by French, Brazilian, and Mediterranean styles, Company Supply utilizes an open flame and rotisserie spit to create a perfectly tender chicken, seared tuna, burgers, and duloc pork. Using dashes of influence from Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina, and a little Mississippi, Company Supply adds the perfect modern twist to traditional Southern dishes. Committed to farm-to-table goodness, Company Supply’s dishes are all-natural, hormone & antibiotic-free, and sourced locally and organic when available to ensure the best quality flavor.

Company Supply feeds the hearts of music lovers with live tunes on Thursdays during regular dinner hours and every Friday and Saturday, 9 PM-11:30 PM. Go ahead…get a little taste of “Company After Dark”!

Located in Downtown Dublin GA, Company Supply is housed in a completely restored 120-year-old dry goods store. Loving the building’s history, Richard and Colby embraced the space, christening it Company Supply repurposing barn wood, and reusing the former store’s original fixtures, spinning a look that’s both rustic and industrial.
