Jive with Saltwater Fishery’s lump meat crab cakes served with pickled onion, and creole remoulade sauce perched atop a fried green tomato. There is zero mayo flavor to these crab cakes, only sweet crab. The crab and lobster macaroni made with Cavatappi pasta, Bel Paise, Fontina cheese, and bread crumbs is decadent without being heavy, and a true adult mac and cheese.
