Tift Legacy Exhibit

The Tift College Legacy Exhibit seeks to preserve the history of Tift College, her graduates and the impact on Monroe County and beyond. Located inside the historic Conley Building, the exhibit offers a snapshot of what life was like during different eras at Tift College. It also honors three Georgia Women of Achievement with ties to Tift. Elizabeth "Bessie" Willingham Tift was inducted in 2024 and is the namesake of the college, Dr. Leila Denmark was inducted in 2019 and was a graduate of Tift, and Julia Coleman, inducted in 2001 who was also a graduate of Tift College.
