Battlefield Outdoors is located on the former Fighting 6th Calvary base in the Historic District of Fort Oglethorpe Georgia. We are right next door to the Chickmauga Battlefield the oldest and largest Civil War battlefield in the USA. We offer free community bicycle rides in to the battlefield park. We also offer bicycle tours of Historic Fort Oglethorpe and the Chickcamauga Battlefield and discussions of the Trail of Tears. We offer rentals of bicycles and kayaking adventures on West Chickamauga Creek, hiking adventures for wildflower viewing in season, mountain biking opportunities and much more.
