Submit your events in Georgia that will commemorate the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. Upon approval by the administrator of the Georgia US250 Commission, the information and photos will be posted to the Georgia US250 website and statewide public events calendar. You will be notified if your event is approved, and you will receive the Georgia US250 Marketing Toolkit, which includes ideas and templates to help you promote your event.

Please submit information as early as possible and at least two months ahead of your event.

Qualifying events may include, but are not limited to:

• Commemorative events with American Revolution themes, activities, and costumed living historians
• Exhibits that examine moments across 250 years that define unique experiences of Georgians
• History trivia nights at a local restaurant or venue
• Living history demonstrations or historical reenactments
• Parades
