Finding your "First Bird"- First Day Hike

Bird watchers across the globe participate in this tradition and say that the first bird you see in the new year represents the upcoming 12 months. Don't miss out on this memorable and meaningful first day hike! Pre-registration is required; save your spot by calling the visitor center.

The trail is unpaved, 0.75 miles in total, with a mix of walking uphill and downhill. This hike is appropriate for children. Dogs are welcome, but they are required to be on a 6-foot leash at all times in the park.
