Sugar N' Spice was established in 1991 by Raymond and Edna Schrock, as a Mennonite bakery. Everything from this bakery is excellent - especially the doughnuts. They also have other baked goods such as lemon bars, fresh baked bread/cheese spread, other pastries, and cakes. If you're passing though, this is a stop you will be glad you made.
